Jason has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 2007 and has focused the majority of his practice on election law and campaign finance law issues. He has also assisted in corporate formation law matters.While an Arizona native, in 2001, Jason received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California in Biological Sciences and dual minors in History and Biotechnology. Jason received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2006. During law school, Jason was a member of the Arizona Journal of International & Comparative Law. In the October 2011 Greater Phoenix Edition of Attorney at Law Magazine, Jason wrote a section for a feature titled, “What 5 things should you consider when hiring a lobbyist?”Recently, Jason was recognized by St. Francis Xavier School as an inaugural member of their “Best In Class,” an alumni recognition program. Jason currently serves on the Capitol Campaign Committee for St. Francis Xavier Parish, is on the board of the Friends of the Phoenix Public Library and the Valley Young Professionals of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, and is the Legislative Chair of Los Abogados, Arizona Hispanic Bar Association.Jason has the distinction of having had the opportunity to be involved with the logistics planning and operations of multiple major events including the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, and the last three Democratic National Conventions.
